Jeddah PCG Hosts 2025 Hajj Debriefing for Filipino Pilgrims in Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, 10 June 2025 – The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah hosted a social debriefing in honor of the pilgrims present for this year’s hajj.

Present during the event are officials and representatives from the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, the Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of the Undersecretary for Migration Affairs (OUMA), the Office of Middle East and African Affairs (OMEAA), and the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), as well as accredited service providers for this year’s hajj.

During the activity, three Filipino sheikhs shared their profound reflections on the spiritual and logistical aspects of the pilgrimage while expressing their appreciation and offered practical recommendations to further improve future Hajj missions.

Through shared reflection and open dialogue, the debriefing reinforced inter-agency cooperation in delivering effective, efficient, and compassionate services to all Filipino pilgrims. END
