The marriage between two (2) Filipinos or between a Filipino and a foreign national should be reported to and registered with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) through the Philippine Embassy/Consulate General which has jurisdiction over the locality where the event took place.
Marriages that took place in the following region/cities fall under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah:

PROCEDURE FOR FILING A REPORT OF MARRIAGE
- Proceed to Building 1, and submit all of the required documents
- The Consular Officer will review all documents and inform the client if there are discrepancies that need to be corrected or any missing document that needs to be presented.
- If all documents are complete in form and substance, the Consular Officer will direct the client to pay the fees at the Cashier.
- Client will proceed to the Cashier (1st Floor, Building 3) to pay the fees
- After payment, Client will return the receipt to the Consular Officer.
- Once the fees are settled, the Consular Officer will inform the applicant of when they can return to claim their signed and authenticated Report of Marriage Form.
