IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Beginning 15 June 2019, ALL Authentication and Acknowledgment Certificates will no longer have the Satin Red Ribbon. All other features, namely the gold round seal, and the eyelet that binds the pages, will remain the same.

PLEASE NOTE:
Documents issued in the Philippines (ex. School Records and Diplomas issued by a Philippine school, Certificate of Experience, etc) need to be apostilled by the DFA in the Philippines before Jeddah PCG can process it for use in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Authentication

Documents issued in Saudi Arabia duly authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and signed by an Authorized Official of the Saudi MoFA.
Example:
Saudi Police Clearance with MOFA Stamp
School Records or Diplomas issued by schools in KSA with MOE and MOFA Stamp
Certificates of Employment with Saudi Chamber and MOFA Stamps

- Original of document to be Authenticated
- Photocopy of the document to be Authenticated
- 2 Photocopies of the document owner’s valid passport
Please make sure that the document bears the seal and signature of an authorized signatory from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

- Submit the required documents to the Consular Section (Window 1) for processing
- Pay the required fee at the cashier - SAR100.00 per document;
- Claim the authenticated document from the Releasing Section with your machine validated invoice on the indicated release date
Regular Processing Time: 2 days

Acknowledgment
-With Acknowledgment certificate and gold seal

Note: Please double check with the office to which you will submit the document whether they need an Acknowledgment Certificate or a Notarization

- Personal Appearance of document owner
- Original of the document to the notarized
- Photocopy of the document to be acknowledged
- 2 Photocopies of the document owner’s valid passport
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
For Affidavit of One and the Same Person:
- Original and two copies (2) of supporting documents/IDs bearing the two different names
Note: Signature on the document must be the same as the one on the passport

- Submit the required documents to the Consular Section (Window 1) for processing
- Pay the required fee at the cashier - SAR100.00 per document;
- Claim the document with the Acknowledgment Certificate from the Releasing Section with your machine validated invoice on the indicated release date

Notarial / Jurat Services
- Equivalent to a Notary Public
- With the signature of the Consular Officer with the seal of the Consulate

- Two (2) copies of child’s passport data page;
- Two (2) copies of passport data page of accompanying adult/guardian;and
- Original and two (2) copies of passport data page of parents. If child is illegitimate, only the mother’s passport data page is required.
