Identity Verification:

This is the most innovative project that has been implemented recently in the sectors of the Ministry of Interior. The aim of the Project is to stay updated with modern technical developments and changes regarding verification of the identity of citizens and expatriates in Saudi Arabia.

The objectives of the Project:

The project is aimed at a number of vital goals foremost of which are:

Taking fingerprints of citizens and expats in Saudi Arabia:

It is necessary that the dealer must use the Fingerprint System currently used in the sectors of the Ministry of Interior once in a lifetime. The system operates according to a number of steps:

1. Taking immediate fingerprints using fingerprint scanner.
2. Taking immediate photographs using digital cameras.
3. Performing immediate matching to make sure if the person has already been registered in the system and determine his identity.

Taking fingerprints of violators of Saudi Residency System:

1. Taking all fingerprints of violators of residence regulations and fingerprints of those who cross the borders of Saudi Arabia illegally, using fingerprint scanner.
2. Taking immediate photographs using digital cameras.
3. Performing immediate matching to make sure if the person has already been registered in the system and determine his identity.
