The Philippine Consulate General would like to inform the public that it has received newly printed voter’s IDs of overseas voters who filed their application for registration from 2009 to May 2014. Attached is the list of names of overseas voters whose voter’s IDs are ready for release/distribution.
Overseas voters whose names are included in the list may claim their voter’s IDs at the 3rd floor of the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah from Sunday to Thursday (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) either personally or through their authorized representatives with the proper authorization letter and proof of identity.
Overseas voters who have yet to receive their voter’s IDs or whose names are not included in the list may inquire on the status of printing and distribution of their IDs at the COMELEC-Office for Overseas Voting, 7th Floor Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros, Manila, telephone number (+632) 521-2952; 522-2251 or thru email at This email address is being protected from spambots. For those who filed their application for registration from 01 June 2014 to 31 October 2015, their IDs are being queued for printing. The Consulate General will issue another Advisory as soon as the IDs are available.
