Malaysian & Philippine Consul Generals hold an open discussion to strengthen diplomatic ties

Jeddah, 10 March 2019. Consul General, Edgar B. Badajos received the newly-assigned Malaysian Consul General Alauddin Bin Mohd Nor in his office on 10 March 2019.  The two diplomats exchanged views on their respective Post’s responsibilities and some concerns they are currently facing relative to their respective national interests in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

The meeting ended with a further invitation from Consul General Badajos to his Malaysian counterpart to future events not only to further strengthen relations between the Philippines and Malaysia but also with the other Asian and ASEAN Missions in Jeddah and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
