CONSUL GENERAL OF THAILAND CALLS ON PHILIPPINE CONSUL GENERAL IN JEDDAH

Consul General Badajos and Consul General Soradjak

(Jeddah, 13 December 2018) – Consul General Soradjak Puranasamriddhi of the Royal Consulate General of Thailand in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia called on Consul General Edgar Badajos on 3 December 2018.

During their meeting, Consul General Badajos and Consul General Soradjak exchanged views on matters of common concern including labor issues and the annual Hajj pilgrimage.

During the meeting, Consul General Soradjak also mentioned that the Thai Consulate will soon be having two (2) Thai Chefs direct from Bangkok as members of the Thai Consulate’s personnel complement. He said that the hiring of authentic Thai cooks from the capital is part of the Thai government’s efforts to promote Thai cuisine to the rest of the world.
