Consul GENERAL BADAJOS CALLS ON GOVERNOR OF MAKKAH REGION

Jeddah, 23 May 2018 – Consul General Edgar Badajos paid an introductory courtesy call on the Governor of Makkah Region, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, at the latter’s office in Jeddah. Consul General Badajos thanked the Governor for the hospitality and generosity of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Filipino nationals, especially in Makkah region.

Consul General Badajos also conveyed the commitment of the Philippine government to ensure that Filipinos in the Kingdom would continue to have a positive contribution to the Kingdom, particularly the development projects initiated by the Governor in Makkah region. At the same time, Consul General Badajos requested the support of the Governor’s office in attending to the concerns of Filipino nationals, to which the Governor replied positively.

The Governor assured the Consul General of the support of his office in addressing the concerns of Filipinos. He also acknowledged the contribution of Filipinos in the Kingdom. END
