Consul General BADAJOS CALLS ON DIRECTOR GENERAL OF JAWAZAT, MAKKAH REGION BRANCH

Jeddah, 20 May 2018 - Consul General Edgar Badajos paid an introductory courtesy call on Major General Abdul Rahman Al Harbi, Director General, Passport Department (Jawazat), Makkah Region Branch. Consul General Badajos expressed gratitude to Major General Al Harbi for the support of Jawazat to the Philippine Consulate General in addressing concerns of Filipinos with immigration problems, including their speedy repatriation to the Philippines.

Major General Al Harbi said that he looks forward to working closely with the Consulate General under Consul General Badajos. He emphasized the importance of reminding Filipino workers on following the rules and regulations of the Kingdom so that they will not get into trouble. As such, he said he hopes to further improve coordination between his office and the Consulate General to address the concerns of Filipino workers. END
