The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah Pushes to Improve its Operations

 22 February 2018 JEDDAH – The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah pushes to improve its operations by bringing together the key officers of the Consulate and POLO-Jeddah in a coordination meeting on 21 February 2018.

The One-Country-Team in Jeddah discussed the implementation of various initiatives to further improve the Team’s ability to respond to the concerns of distressed Filipino nationals in KSA’s Western Region. The initiatives include simplifying the Unified Request for Assistance Form (URAF) to make it easier for clients to fill up at the first point of contact, and the full utilization of relevant features of available social media to receive and manage more efficiently and deliver quality response more speedily to Filipinos in distress. 

The One-Country-Team in Jeddah also did a preliminary planning session for the relocation of the male wards who are temporarily sheltered at the Consulate premises. END
