Courtesy Call on Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI)

JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA 29 AUGUST 2024 – Consul and Acting Head of Post Alfred Kristoffer A. Guiang paid a courtesy call on Mr. Mohammed A. Al-Safh, Director of the Marketing and Corporate Communication Department of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) on 29 August 2024. At the call, they discussed potential areas of collaboration in strengthening the economic ties between the Philippines and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Director Al Safh provided an overview of the direction the JCCI is going in terms of business and investments initiatives in line with the economic vision and objective of the Saudi Vision 2030. He also informed the Consulate that there are areas for possible collaboration in terms of trade promotion and investment opportunities between the Philippines and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Consul Guiang appreciated JCCI’s interest in possible economic collaborations promotions to which he suggested the conduct of B2B matching and the economic projects that would help promote Philippines businesses and export products to the Saudi Arabia market and vice versa.

Both sides looked forward to mutual benefits of possible economic collaboration in the future. END
