Jeddah PCG Consul General pays Courtesy Call to Governor of Tabuk

13 April 2022 – Consul General Edgar Tomas Q. Auxilian paid a courtesy call to HRH Prince Fahd bin Sultan, the governor of the Tabuk Province on 05-06 April 2022. He was accompanied by Vice Consul Lemuel C. Lopez and Mr. Damra Saumay (translator).

During the call, Consul General Auxilian expressed gratitude for the continued support provided by the Saudi government for the Overseas Filipinos (OFs) in the region. HRH Prince Fahd bin Sultan relayed his appreciation and admiration of the Filipinos working in the Kingdom for their performance and contributions to the Kingdom.

Consul General Auxilian also met with Mr. Mohammed A. Alluhidan, Director of the Fahd Bin Sultan University the PH, and was given a private tour of the facilities of the university by its Vice President for Development, Mr. Abdullah M. Albalawi.

During the tour of the university, it was gathered that the Fahd bin Sultan University employs Filipinos and is keen on hiring more Filipinos due to the positive impression they have of Filipinos’ work ethic and performance.

Fahd bin Sultan University is the only private university in the Tabuk region. -- END
