JEDDAH PCG HOLDS ANNUAL TEAMBUILDING ACTIVITY
02 January 2022, Jeddah – To further strengthen teamwork and camaraderie among its personnel, the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah held on 30-31 December a team-building activity in a venue in Obhur, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With the theme “Bringing out the hero within,” the team building included lectures on Diplomatic and Office Protocol by Vice-Consul Lemuel Lopez, Administrative Justice in the DFA by Vice-Consul Kristal Mary Padon-Rabanal, and Stress Management, Psychosocial Processing and Debriefing for Frontline Personnel by Post’s Social Welfare Attache Ms. Anna Oidem.
The lectures were followed by group activities designed to strengthen trust, camaraderie and cohesiveness among the personnel.

Consul General Edgar Tomas Q. Auxilian said that the team-building activity aims to relieve Jeddah PCG personnel from the high levels of stress they experience from attending to high volume of work, with the lectures designed to help personnel in delivering better and more effective services to its clientele, while effectively managing stress experienced in the workplace. “I hope that with the team building activity, we will also be able to put our differences aside and learn to work with better confidence and trust with our colleagues—all for the improved delivery of public service to the Filipinos in our areas of jurisdiction,” Consul General Auxilian added.-END-
