RIZAL @160 TULARAWAN
Digital Art Contest for Overseas Filipino Youth

Jeddah, 21 September 2021 - The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia invites the Filipino Community in Jeddah and the Western Region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in NCCA’s project RIZAL@160 TULARAWAN Digital Art Contest 2021 for Overseas Filipino Youth. The Digital contest is open to all Overseas Filipinos with ages 18 to 35 years old. This project aims to encourage contest participants to immerse in Dr. Jose Rizal’s poetry and allow them to transform his literature to original creative digital works.

RIZAL@160 TULARAWAN runs from 19 June 19 to 15 October 2021. The winning entries will be announced in December in time for the commemoration of the Month of Overseas Filipinos and the 125th anniversary of Jose Rizal’s Martyrdom. The deadline for the submission of entries is at 11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time on 15 October 2021. Inquiries and submissions of entries may be coursed through the Sentro Rizal of the Consulate.
