JEDDAH PCG FEATURES FOOD ENTREPRENEURS OF JEDDAH IN CELEBRATION OF FILIPINO FOOD MONTH

29 April 2021, Jeddah – The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah (Jeddah PCG), in celebration of Filipino Food Month, held on 28 April 2021 a live interview featuring two of the most successful Filipino food entrepreneurs in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Master Chef Roger Cabacang, CEO of Krazymaki House Jeddah, and Mr. Paul Antiporda, Sponsor Adviser and Marketing Manager of KrazyMaki House.

During the program, which was hosted by Consul and Acting Head of Post Mary Jennifer Dingal and Vice-Consul Alfred Kristoffer Guiang, Chef Cabacang and Mr. Antiporda shared their experiences of setting up a food business in Jeddah during the time of pandemic, and the challenges they experienced which only made their partnership stronger and the setting up of the Japanese-cuisine restaurant successful. They underscored the importance of good leadership and careful planning to ensure seamless establishment of any business.

Jeddah PCG Consul and Acting Head of Post Mary Jennifer D. After the interview, Master Chef Cabacang demonstrated how to make different types of sushis and makis, which are also the bestsellers of Krazymaki House.
