Invitation to
“Linamnam: A Philippine Culinary Heritage Symposium
via Zoom” on 27 April 2021

Jeddah, 18 April 2021 – The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah cordially invites the Filipino Community in Jeddah and the Western Region to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts’ (NCCA) online activity, “Linamnam: A Philippine Culinary Heritage Symposium via Zoom” on 27 April 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time)/ 9:00 a.m. (Jeddah Time) in celebration of Filipino Food Month.

The webinar will feature a lecture on Philippine Cuisine by veteran culinary historian and cultural heritage advocate, Ms. Felice Prudente Sta. Maria, and cooking demos of celebrity chef/restaurateur and cookbook author, Chef Myke “Tatung” Sarthou. A live Q&A with the featured culinary experts will cap off the event. The webinar will be streamed live in NCCA’s official Facebook page. End
