CONSUL GENERAL OF INDIA CALLS ON
CONSUL GENERAL BADAJOS

Consul General Edgar Badajos and Consul General Mohd Shahid Alam

(Jeddah, 30 March 2021) – H.E. Mohd Shahid Alam, the new Consul General of India to Jeddah, called on Consul General Edgar Badajos on 30 March 2021.

During their meeting, Consul General Badajos and Consul General Alam exchanged views on matters of common concern, such the delivery of consular services, handling of labor cases, labor reforms undertaken by the Saudi government, and other similar issues affecting their respective nationals.

This is the second assignment of Consul General Alam to Jeddah. He previously served as Deputy Consul General of the Indian Consulate from 2017 to 2019.
