JEDDAH PCG DEPLOYS ONE-COUNTRY TEAM TO RENDER A FULL-RANGE OF SERVICES IN KHAMIS MUSHAYT
(Jeddah, 12 January 2020) – The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah successfully rendered a full-range of services to Filipinos in Khamis Mushayt as well as the neighboring areas of Abha, Najran, and Jizan during its 1st Consular Mobile Services (CMS) for 2021 at the Mercure Khamis Mushayt Hotel on 07 to 09 January 2021.

The CMS team, led by Consul and Acting Head of Post Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, included representatives from the Consulate’s Assistance-to-Nationals and Consular sections, the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and PAG-IBIG.

During the three (3) day event, the Consulate was able to process 900 passport applications and 245 requests for document legalization, as well as release 893 passports. END
