Consul General Edgar B. Badajos calls on His Highness
Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Governor of Najran

Jeddah, 24 November 2020 – Consul General Edgar B. Badajos of the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia paid a courtesy call on the Governor of the Najran Region, His Higness Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed. The Consul General was received at the Najran Governor’s Office Monday, 23 November 2020.

During the cordial meeting, Consul General Badajos extended his gratitude to His Highness in ensuring the safety and well-being of the estimated 7,000 Filipinos living in the Najran Region, most especially in the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Consul General also able to discuss with His Highness assistance-to-nationals matters.

Consul General Badajos also congratulated His Highness for Najran’s impressive socio-economic development in the last five years and for Saudi Arabia’s successful hosting of the recently-concluded G20 Summit.END
