Jeddah PCG launches One-Country Team

COVID-19 OFW Helpline

(Jeddah, 3 June 2020) - This Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah formally launched today its One-Country Team COVID-19 OFW Helpline on Facebook. The Facebook page was created by the Philippine Consulate General, the Philippine Overseas Labor Office, the Office of the Social Welfare Attache and other attached Philippine government offices (Social Security System, Pag-IBIG and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center), to strengthen existing capacity in responding to requests for assistance from Filipinos who are either suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases. This initiative is in support of existing Saudi government measures to address COVID-19. Requests for assistance may be directed to this page, specifically through the following contact modes:

Sundays to Wednesdays only. Reports received after the cut-off date and time will still be attended to by assigned duty officers.
