FASHION HOUSE GOLDEN ABC EYES SAUDI ARABIA

FOR ITS OVERSEAS MARKET expansion

 

(30 July 2019, Jeddah) – Representatives of Golden ABC, the fashion house behind Penshoppe, Oxygen, For Me, Memo, Regatta, and Tyler called on Consul General Edgar B. Badajos to introduce themselves and their company. During the call, Mr. John Paul Rada, Director for International Sales and Mr. Jaypee Anthony Uy, Sales and Operations Manager (International), informed Consul General Badajos of the company’s plans to expand its presence overseas including in Saudi Arabia by partnering with possible franchisees. They added that the company is open to other business arrangements including joint ventures with interested parties.

From its humble beginnings in the Philippines in 1986, with just one store and a handful of employees, Golden ABC has opened more than 900 stores and has likewise established its presence in Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Macau, and Bahrain. Its product line includes not just clothing apparel but also accessories, footwear and personal care lines.
