CONSULAR MOBILE SERVICES IN YANBU
Further to Public Advisory No. 2016/51 dated 26 September 2016, the Philippine Consulate General in would like to inform our Kababayans in Yanbu and nearby areas that the conduct of the Consular Mobile Services (CMS) on 04 and 05 November 2016 at the Genac Hotel is confirmed. The following services will be available during the CMS:
- Passport renewal and extension – Bring the original and a copy of your passport. Applicants for the renewal of “Green” passports and those with Passport Numbers starting with “XX” need to present original PSA(NSO) Birth Certificates and supporting documents to establish their identify (voter’s ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, driver’s license etc.). Passport renewal application forms will be available at the venue. It may also be downloaded through the Consulate website (http://www.jeddahpcg.dfa.gov.ph/) under Consular Services.
Priority will be given to those in the list being circulated by KABALIKAT CIVICOM through Facebook as per the indicated timeslots.
- Release of Passports – Renewal of passports applied in Jeddah which are already available may be requested for release during the CMS. KABALIKAT CIVICOM has also circulated a list through Facebook for those requesting to have their passports released during the CMS. You may also call 0555219614 for the request. Please give your full name and the date of application as indicated in your receipt. Please check first the availability of your passport through the Consulate website under “ePassports Ready for Release” at the right side of the home page. The deadline for making the request for the release of the passports during the CMS in Yanbu will be on 03 November 2016, 11:00 a.m.
- Notarials - forms for affidavits and special power of attorney will be available at the venue. The forms may also be downloaded through the Consulate website under Consular Services. A copy of the passport is needed to be attached to the affidavit or SPA.
- Endorsement for Police clearance - A copy of the passport and Iqama is needed for the endorsement.
- Report of Birth – the requirements and forms for the Report of Birth, which is a requirement for the application for the passport of infants, are available through the Consulate website also under Consular Services.
- Labor Assistance – OWWA membership renewal, OEC queries and welfare and labor concerns.
- PAG-IBIG services – payments, verification and queries about benefits and programs.
- SSS services – The SSS Representative is on vacation and will not be available during the CMS but the PAG-IBIG representative may accept payments only.
