Under Proclamation no. 1254 dated 25 April 2016, 09 May 2016 has been declared Special Public (non-working) Holiday for the conduct of National and Local Elections. Therefore, the Consulate will be closed for Consular (Passport, Notarial, etc.), ATN and Labor services on that day. Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, 10 May 2016.
However, the Consulate will be open for overseas voting for Filipino nationals on Sunday, 09 May 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
