Assistance for our Kababayans who wish to vote

The Philippine Consulate General would like to inform our Kababayans in the Western Region of the Kingdom who wish to vote in the ongoing overseas voting and need assistance to get permission from their employers that they may coordinate and seek the assistance of the Consulate General for this purpose. • Name of Manager/Director
• Name of Company
• Address of Company
• Email or fax number of company
• Expected number of voters in the company
• Preferred time and date to vote
• Name and contact details of employee making the request

The Consulate General will send a letter to the company requesting the management for assistance in allowing the Filipino workers to vote.

Our Kababayans are encouraged to organize themselves in their respective companies for their schedule to vote. 

For big groups or minimum of 30 persons whose only available time to vote is after 5:00 p.m., the Consulate General may also extend the time of voting. They are also requested to email the Consulate General for their request with the following details:
