Procedures for cancellation of final exit visa and issuance of Iqama

Fill-up the specified form for that; the information for it must be the same as those in the passport; attach the picture of the one who request for the retrieval of Iqamah, signed and stamped by the sponsor if the worker is company worker or establishment worker.
Letter from the sponsor requesting the cancelation of the final exit visa.
Presence of the sponsor or his representative.
Payment for the amount of SR650.00 for every year if the Iqamah’s expiration is finished. SR600.00 for Domestic Helper.
Present the valid business permit depending on the duration of request visa along with its photocopy, as for the Domestic Helper; no business permit is needed due to inclusion of its payment to the issuance retrieval (for Iqamah) (SR600.00). o After the completion of all the requirement papers and the submission of the (said) request, the requester must follow-up the Jawazat’s Office for the following day to receive the passport after the visa’s cancellation.
